Cities  or districts include: Lima, Shawnee, Delphos, Elida, Perry, Spencerville, Bath, Allen East, Bluffton, Cridersville and Wapaoneta.   It may be neccessary to search both MLS systems to see all the property in some areas such as Wapakoneta, Cridersville, Waynesfield and Spencerville.
